8 easy ways to identify complainers

We all have met at least one complainer in our life. These people are everywhere and in every circle. The saddest part is that these people don’t realize that they are complaining a lot. There subconscious mind is programmed to complain and they think its normal. Unfortunately, if no one helps them to get out of this pattern then they could get worse at this and they might get into depression. It is common for complainers to feel sad because nothing is good enough for them. They see the negative part and usually miss a big picture.   1. Whenever, you talk to them; they will greet everyone well and start the conversation well. Eventually they will move the conversation to their direction. Then they start complaining, which is difficult to stop.
  2. They talk incessantly about a particular person or place. They usually are hurt by that person or place. Then they start complaining and it goes on. 
  3. Usually they start complaining about something and it goes on for around couple of hours. In worst cases, it goes on for days. 
  4. They are usually stressful and are very sensitive. If you say something to them, then chances are high that they will either cry about it or will feel sad. In worst cases they become aggressive and start verbal fights. 
  5. They usually have no topics of interest. They usually don’t talk about fun topics. They usually end up complaining while talking. 
  6. They don’t feel bad while complaining about their loved ones. They think they are doing them a favor by pointing out their shortcoming but in reality they are hurting others. 
  7. These people are very sensitive and are easily provoked. 
  8. Usually these people are overachievers and they feel bad if they couldn’t achieve all the results at once.

It is very painful to see your loved one complain a lot about something. It is always good to them checked. If you want to help your loved one to stop complaining, here is what you can do: 

  1. Talk to them and let them tell you about their feelings. Chances are high that they are going through a tough time and are using complaining as a channel to let out their emotions. 
  2. If they are complaining about one specific person then chances are that they are hurt by that person. They are overcoming their sadness by complaining about them. 
  3. It is possible that they are feeling neglected by someone and they are reciprocating via complaining. Talking to them helps in this case. 
  4. They might have some anxiety or fears because of which they are feeling like this. In most cases you can just talk to them and they will feel better. In most cases they stop complaining right away.
